Helping leaders and teams get good work done—on purpose.

I believe leadership is one of the most meaningful responsibilities a person can hold. It shapes culture, impacts families, affects communities, and creates opportunities for others. My work is rooted in clarity, trust, momentum, and the belief that business can be a catalyst for good.

For more than twenty years, I’ve helped leaders communicate with purpose, build healthier cultures, and unlock the next level in themselves and their teams. I don’t teach theories from a distance—I teach what I’ve lived.

A Leader Who Lives the Work

Alongside my work with organizations, I serve as a Vice President of Business Development at Populus Group, helping drive significant growth and alignment within a dynamic, values‑driven company. I’ve guided 25% + growth year over year in a down staffing market, while also yielding high net promoter scores and internal engagement scores.
In other words: I’m not standing outside the arena. I’m very much in it—leading teams, navigating complexity, and applying the same frameworks I teach to others.

That “in the trenches” experience matters.
It means the tools, models, and coaching I share are battle‑tested, practical, and grounded in real work with real people.

A Story Shaped by Resilience and Perspective

My journey started long before my career.

I’m the son of an immigrant Haitian father and a resilient, determined mother— raised on the South Side of Chicago. I was born on an Army base in Tacoma because my dad enlisted to build a better life. My mom followed him—at just eighteen years old—to Korea with a one‑year‑old me on her hip. She didn’t speak the language, but she showed up anyway. My dad then became a reliable post office worker, often working six days per week - showing up in rain, sleet or snow.

That resilience is in my DNA.

After my parents divorced, we moved often—different cities, different schools, different cultures. Sometimes in lower resourced communities, sometimes in affluent neighborhoods. Either way, I showed up different.
Those transitions forced me to adapt, observe, connect, and pay attention to people—their stories, their behaviors, and their needs.

That’s where my leadership perspective was born.

I learned early that:

  • connection matters

  • clarity brings peace

  • trust changes everything

  • and momentum is built, not given

Those lessons have guided my entire career.

Influence Through Leadership, Service, and Growth

I’ve spent the past two decades:

  • developing leaders and high‑trust teams

  • coaching emerging talent

  • driving strategy and alignment

  • partnering with organizations during change

  • speaking and teaching on leadership, communication, and culture

  • serving the community through board roles and advocacy

I’ve co‑led nationally ranked sales offices, helped dozens of leaders step into bigger roles, and been honored with top‑performance awards.
But the real reward is seeing leaders grow—watching them gain confidence, communicate more clearly, build healthier teams, and lead with purpose.

Why This Work Matters to Me

Because I’ve seen what happens when trust is broken, communication is unclear, expectations are hidden, or culture is neglected.

And I’ve also seen what’s possible when leaders commit to clarity, courage, and connection.

That’s why I built the Moment to Momentum™ ecosystem—
a practical, teachable series of frameworks designed to help leaders turn everyday moments into meaningful progress.

It’s not about perfection.
It’s about purpose.
It’s about showing up with intention.
And it’s about moving people forward—together.
